Welcome to Game On! A new sport show on JOY 94.9 on every Tuesday from 7-8pm.

This show is all about you and how you can get your game on! It’s about presenting you with stories of where sport is fun, safe, inclusive and welcoming for everybody in the Rainbow community, and where you can be your authentic self. We’ll also set you up for sporting success by covering nutrition, fitness and mindset so you can make an impact on the track, on the field, on the court, on the pitch and on the podium across Australia and even around the world!

On the show tonight, we are joined by Nicole “Muggles” Mugford, Diversity and Inclusion Officer of the mighty Kingston City Rollers (KCR). Congratulations on winning the Community Sporting Organisation of the Year Award at the 2023 Pride In Sport Awards held in May and Most Improved Community Sporting Organisation for the Pride In Sport Index!

The KCR have a few awesome mottos: ‘Safety is sexy’ and ‘Tiny but mighty, United we roll!

We head to the west to chat with Shaun Barnett, President Perth Scorpions Volleyball Club to talk lollipops. pineapples, 444s , trifle, vanilla and black beans!
