The Melbourne Chargers provides a different kind of team sport experience: one where diversity is strength and everyone is welcome regardless of sexuality, gender identity or fitness level.
So if that’s something you might want to give a go, have they got the perfect ‘come and try’ session for you.
Every Summer the Melbourne Chargers, reate opportunities and pathways for people to give rugby a go, and this morning on JOY Breakfast, Rach & Dean werr joined by Ash Unicomb, the Melbourne Chargers forwards and attack coach to tell us about what the Chargers are up to at the start of 2024 – and how you could be a part of it.
Chargers trainings are open to all; new and old players, first timers looking to get into playing, or those just looking for a group to enjoy throwing the ball around.
Rugby for every body, every sexuality and every gender.
