Move over John Farnham, Stephen Vaerli is hitting the Melbourne Fringe Festival with the ultimate tribute show in your honour, the ‘Age of Stephen’.

Valeri stopped by MAD Wednesday to catch up with Ash & Dean to tell us all about his latest show, and serenaded us with a classic Farnsy tune , ‘Pressure Down’.

Age of Stephen is a show not to Miss at The Butterfly Club during Melbourne Fringe.  At 69 years of age, John Farnham is showing no signs of slowing down nor his popularity declining, head-lining a brand new concert tour this coming December which sold out (almost) as quickly as Beyonce. At 28 years of age, Melbourne cabaret and comedy artist Stephen Valeri hasn’t quite reached the dizzying heights of Farnham’s success… just yet. But he’s channelling his inner ‘Whispering Jack’ in his latest cabaret offering AGE OF STEPHEN, celebrating Farnham’s career and the greatest hits of his extensive back catalogue.
