Feel the LOVE at the Immigration Museum this Friday

The Immigration Museum has taken inspiration from its specially commissioned LOVE exhibition to celebrate Australia’s vibrant queer community, artistic expression and love in all its guises.

Moya McFadzean, the curator of the Love exhibition and Niveem aka DJ HipHopHoe joined Dean on MAD Wednesday to tell him all about it.

A bold and vibrant celebration of our trans and queer communities called Summer Courtyard: I Feel Love, the event has been co-programmed with Kelly Lovemonster, of Swagger Like Us and will feature Bhenji Ra and the House of Sle; The Huxleys, First Nations drag queen, Zodiac & DJ HipHopHoe.

Alongside music and performance art, people can also come visit the gorgeous new Love exhibition which explores this most universal of all human emotions across times, gender, orientation, ethnicity and place.

Get your tickets here.
