On The Line today Alex Greenwich, the convenor of Australian Marriage Equality, joins us to discuss the House of Representatives enquiry into same-sex marriage. Alex will be presenting to the enquiry, 60 signatures from clergy of multiple faiths, who support marriage equality. Melbourne’s Lord Mayor, The Hon. Robert Doyle will be standing for a second term. He joins us to discuss his achievements thus far and to share his vision of Melbourne’s future. It’s 25 years since The Grim Reaper campaign aired on Australia’s TV screens. Rob Lake, Executive Director of the Australian Federation of AIDS Organisations joins us to reflect on this pivotal period of Australia’s gay history. Today is the 65th birthday of JOY 94.9 Member No.1. We speak with the stations founding father, John Oliver, on this important day for him. James Dominguez, President of the Bisexual Alliance of Victoria joins us to discuss the formation of a new chapter of the organisation that has opened on the Mornington Peninsula.
