‘Barrière de l’amour’ short film project with Vita Catalano & Travis Jordon

This week, we were joined by Vita Catalano, producer, screen writer and beyondblue ambassador, as well as Travis Jordon, graphic designer, screen writer and passionate young man to talk about their latest short film project “Barrière de l’amour” (Barrier of Love). A film which explores issues very pertinent to our times, in particular, themes of mental health, homophobia, family conflict and discrimination.

Vita, Travis and Michele share their personal experiences and how such issues deeply resonate, and motivate each of them to open up avenues to increase social awareness of mental health within mainstream and Queer communities as well as putting a stop to homophobia & discrimination.

Vita and Travis are wanting Melbourne to get involved in the making of “Barrier of Love”, and would love to hear from anyone who’s interested in being part of the project, whether it be volunteering their time & energy, financially or otherwise.
