Noah Mullins, actor, is today’s guest on a striking episode of Sunday Arts Magazine, when the team chats about everything “Rent”.
Noah has had a passion for musical theatre from a very young age. He performed alongside Todd McKenney in “Songs and Stories of Peter Allen”. This production, in which Mullins played the role of the young Peter, was performed at the State Theatre. He has performed in more than fifteen productions, and has also performed in productions overseas.
Noah now performs the role of Mark in “Rent”. The play portrays a message still very much relevant in 2024 as in 1996. “Rent” taps into issues such as affordable housing, poverty, addiction, sexuality and gender, and of course, epidemics.
“Rent” is currently staging at the State Theatre, Arts Centre in Melbourne, until 7th March.
