How to survive the desert if you really had to.

During our show on Jewish cookery, the Kitchen Table stumbled upon to the  very worthwhile conversation of the Jewish people having to flee Egypt.

During this time the team discussed just how one would survive and our hero and mentor the very famous adventurer Bear Grylls and how he has had to drink a variety of things in the name of survival.

We isolated one survival technique – the ability to drink one’s own urine. If you are stuck out in an area where access to clean water is limited this is a technique you may be able to use. This podcast is not meant to be at all a fail safe method on how to purify and drink your own urine. It’s really just a guide. We picked the method from Wonder How To.
