Shannon and Christian become explorers and embark on a journey to Tasmania.

The duo take to the Taste Festival and simply die from how incredibly amazing the food experiences are. In-between eating the leg of a goat and an ice cream sandwich that finally captures the magic that childhood should be… what? The twosome do what many Australians thought impossible. They eat possum confit.

The possum is from Bruny Island and produced by the company Sirocco South Tasmania, and Shannon and Christian get to talk to the man behind their delicious delight, Mic Giuliani.
