The City of Melbourne is committed to protecting the community from passive smoking by expanding smoke-free areas in and around the city. They now want to hear how you feel about making the area of Bourke Street between Elizabeth Street and Russell Place (including Bourke Street Mall) smoke-free. Tom and Mikey chat to Councillor Beverly Pinder about the proposal to find out about the benefits to the public.
