Sammy and ML, discuss what it means to be gender non-conforming. ML discusses pronouns that feel right, as a gender non-conforming person. How people relate to their gender identity in a gender binary world.

At 2014 International AIDS Conference: ML’s involvement in organising the Trans Space at AIDS 2014. Raising awareness for the need for support within the trans community. The issues of trans people being hidden in many cases when it comes to HIV infection, and bringing greater awareness in the community.

Sammy, Megan and ML discuss their involvement on Bent TV. A fun look at the message being put out there, what it means to be transgender. The whole production is manned by volunteers from the transgender community, expressing real life experience’s and diversity within the community.

Discussing Andrea born male, intersex and transgender. What it feels like being a minority within a minority and how lonely it can be transitioning as an intersex individual. Identifying as female from a very early age, but socialised as male, only to experience the difficulties of unexpected changes throughout puberty, with the development of breasts, broadening of her hips and generally becoming more curvy.
