Nothing to do with Justice

The one thing that all Australian’s take for granted is that Justice will prevail. Beneath the legal wigs and funny black robes, the pomp and ceremony and the twisted prose delivered by members of the Bar, we truly believe, that in this country, our legal system is their to find truth and deliver the appropriate punishment under the Law.
Our guest today was right amongst it. In fact she was a pioneer becoming the first Chief Magistrate of the Queensland judicial system. Perhaps if was her Fathers competitive spirit or her brothers elite sportsmanship that helped instil the competitive edge within her, but one thing is for sure – our guest is a worrier…the fighting type.
Convicted of intimidating a witness – the woman in the top job – the one dispensing judgment on others – found herself in a Queensland gaol for six months…but the worrier eventually one.
