This Mother’s Day we are joined by Brett Lasham, one of the owners of Melbourne’s iconic Gay Hotel The Laird, and his wonderful Mother, Shirley. Together they share the challenges Brett faced growing up, his coming out to his Mother and Family and the amazing work Shirley continues to do within the GLBTI community. This is a story of a Mother’s love for her son and the inspiring work she does within broader community to promote understanding and diversity.
