Joan Rivers, Bonnie Tyler, Judy Garland, Cole Porter, Alan Turing

This week we remember the birthdays of ‘the lady with the mouth’ and great philanthropist – US comedian Joan Rivers and the Welsh singer with the husky voice – Bonnie Tyler.

We reveal some high-jinx in Hollywood, with the very interesting life stories of Judy Garland, and modern song-writer Cole Porter. We reflect upon the life of noted cryptologist and computer scientist (originator of the modern computer) Alan Turing and the public apologies and recognition of the greater crime perpetrated on Alan – causing his premature death; just for being gay.

And to end our program, just some chat about GOLD in australia

Plus other trivia and mirth…
