This week Phil is still missing-in-action. Today we’ll discuss AbFab’s take from a US political figure, and then we come back to reality to talk about two famous Australian picture artists – one Indigenous-Australian and one European-Australian, and then two sporting icons – again one Indigenous-Australian and one European-Australian.

And just to add variety we add in 2 prolific lesbian novelists—Gertrude Stein and Sarah Waters.

We remember film director John Schlesinger and the classic films including Sunday Bloody Sunday and Midnight Cowboy. We talk about the Olympic Torch Relay and the gay sports-people who have carried the torch over the years.
