Tamara Murphy, Melbourne based educator and player of the Double Bass, chatted with David Moyle about her own ‘Flipped Interviews‘ with male musicians that she works with, using variations of inappropriate questions that have been posed to Tamara over the years – questions that were not related to the interview topic. (was it really relevant to ask about how to be a musician and a mother?) A project that has kept Tamara amused during lockdown in Melbourne.
More importantly Tamara and her Spirograph Studies ensemble have released the first single off their upcoming album LOWLIGHTS, due for release in October. This is their second album of pieces composed by Tamara.
