As much as we don’t want to admit we rely on it, the internet and technology have become an integral part of everyday life, from staying connected with friends and family to paying bills and accessing government and health services. New research from digital inclusion charity The Good Things Foundation reveals that two-thirds (65%) of Australians lack confidence in keeping up with tech changes.
