Bill Calder tells us all about a new community television program, QTV. QTV is a news and currents affairs program screening on C31 @C31Melbourne for a 13-week season, every Friday night at 9.30pm, starting March 1. Producer, Bill Calder says: “This is an exciting time of year to be making TV and we’ll be covering plenty of the action from festival season – Midsumma, Mardi Gras, Chillout, and Geelong Rainbow.”
