The Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission recently launched its new suite of educational resources, supported by the Victorian Government, to assist small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) in their understanding of equal pay.

Being paid fairly and equally for work of equal or comparable value – equal pay – is a basic human right. Yet, every year, Victorian, national and international data confirm that some workers are not paid equally for their work.
