The eclipse of a blood red moon happened and in the studio at Joy 94.9 we had The Squeamer joined by Kevin Reader akaThe Reader with some LGBTIQ Fantasy Fiction books from Lynn Flewelling and her Night Running series.

…And Lisa Sinclair was there too talking Science Fiction on The Couch. She chatted about 2001 A Space Odyssey with Keir Dullea and Gary Lockwood and their recent visit to Melbourne. Plus we got the lowdown on Orphan Black…a new(ish) TV Show…which is apparently VERY Gay! Hurrah! The return of Game Of Thrones and look back on the Supanova Pop Culture Convention that happened over the weekend…including some controversy about comic artists work being ‘removed’…was it homophobia?

And…The Squeamer filled us in on the recent Ledger Awards night for comics artists and graphic novels in Australia (podcast of that event coming soon)…what happened and who won what?
