The Victorian government has announced it will spend $15 million in next week’s state budget to create Australia’s first government-funded Pride Centre.

Minister for Equality Martin Foley chats with The Informer about what the centre will mean for sex and gender diverse Victorians, as well as LGBTI community groups and organisations.

Gender and sexuality commissioner Rowena Allen also chats with the Informer about what the centre will mean for members of the LGBTI community living in rural and regional Victoria.
