AIDS Candlelight Memorial; the VGLRL’s election agenda
The Informer

Matthew Wade, Richard Keane, and Bart van der Werf

The Informer speaks with President of Living Positive Victoria, Richard Keane, ahead of the 33rd International AIDS Candlelight Memorial in Melbourne this weekend.

The memorial will be centered around a candle-lighting ceremony to honour the lives that have been lost, and will provide an opportunity for people to hear from young HIV-positive speakers about their journey. The memorial will be held on Sunday 15 May at 5PM, at the Melbourne City Square.

Sean Mulcahy, co-convenor of the Victorian Gay and Lesbian Rights Lobby (VGLRL), also joins The Informer to chat about the issues the lobby plans to address  ahead of the federal election in July.

Presented by: Matthew Wade

Produced by: Matthew Wade, with additional producing by Bart van der Werf
