We all experienced things that made us anxious as kids – bullying, homophobia, graduating in a recession, career choices, dysfunctional families etc.
Yet kids today also have the pressures that smartphones can bring.
In fact a new book by social psychologist Jonathan Haidt has called these kids, the Anxious Generation.
