Feeling the strain of recent events? Suffering from burn out as a result of activism? Need tips on self care and self advocacy? Never fear, Triple Bi-Pass is here! Ruby and Anthony are joined by Rei, a social worker and community organiser with over 15 years of grassroots organisation experience to discuss activist fatigue, mental burn out, self advocation and the value of collective experiences.

Rei is spearheading the upcoming Thrive Symposium  a mental health advocacy event and focussed health initiative designed to combat a range of mental health issues affecting us today. We discuss what Thrive hopes to accomplish and the importance of creating safe spaces with the realms of queer politics, especially in relation to activist spaces and self advocation.
