Radiothon 2015 Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is JOY Melbourne Incorporated ABN 52 334 960 331.
   Level 9, 225 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC 3000

2. Join, renew and pay a membership (family $96.00, full $72.00, concession $36.00, under 18 $22.00, business $165.00) to JOY Melbourne Incorporated between 6.30am May 1, 2015 (Friday) and 5pm June 30th, 2015 (Tuesday), to be eligible for the prize draw. The prizes will be drawn randomly by computer.
   1. Smart Car:
      1. A 2013 Smart Car Fortwo (including all road costs) from Mercedes Benz Berwick valued at $21,558.73

TOTAL PRIZE VALUE: $21,558.37

1. Prize draw will take place on Friday July 3, 2015 at 1:00pm at JOY Melbourne Incorporated Studios, Level 9, 225 Bourke St, Melbourne Victoria 3000. All eligible memberships have an equal chance of winning.
2. Winner of Major draw will be initially notified via phone and then in writing.
3. The winner will be notified within 14 days of the draw.
4. Winners of Major prize will be announced on-air Friday 3 July 2015. The winner will have their first name, last initial and suburb published on the JOY website on Monday 6 July, 2015.
5. Prize must be won by persons residing in Australia and are not redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prize not transferable, unless the winner is not of a legal age to accept the prize, then the parent or legal guardian of the winner are able to accept on their behalf.
6. In the event the winner is unable to be contacted or the prize is unclaimed within 28 days of the draw, prize will be redrawn Saturday 1 August, 2015 at 1:00pm at JOY Melbourne Incorporated Studios, 225 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
7. The redraw winner will be initially notified via phone and then in writing. The winner will have their first name, last initial and suburb published on the JOY website on Monday 3 August, 2015.
8. JOY Melbourne Incorporated, will introduce the prize winner and the prize donor and it will be the responsibility of the winner to negotiate final arrangements. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the prize winner.
9. JOY Melbourne Incoporated, its agents and its sponsors shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
10. It is a condition, to the fullest extent possible by law, by accepting a prize, prize winners agree to release JOY Melbourne Incorporated, its agents and its sponsors from any claim, loss, damage, expense (including any claim for legal expenses), cost or charge sustained in any way incurred by and/or in connection with participation in the promotion and/or in use of the prize.
11. JOY board members, all JOY volunteers and employees of JOY Melbourne Incorporated and their spouse, de facto partner, child, or a child of a spouse or de facto partner and employees of Mercedes-Benz Berwick. Limited and their spouse, de facto partner, child, or a child of a spouse or de facto partner are not eligible for any prizes in this promotion.
12. Call costs to JOY Melbourne Incorporated at a local rate. Public phones, mobile phones and STD or overseas calls will attract a higher fee.
13. JOY Melbourne Incorporated will not be responsible for any delayed, lost or misdirected mail or any other communications.
14. Personal information provided to JOY Melbourne Incorporated will be used for JOY Melbourne Incorporated membership servicing and promotions only (ie. required for future notification of renewal notice / JOY events / competitions / information / meetings / general updates) and will not be given out to any other organisations or individuals.
