This interactive, engaging session covers the foundational concepts of the LGBTQIA+ community, and helps participants learn the basics of how to effectively be an ally in the workplace.
This training includes:
- A mixture of presentations, discussions and activities.
- The group facilitation style is focused on enabling and empowering participants to feel safe, comfortable and confident, encouraging their active participation in discussions and activities.
- Participants will also be given resources such as worksheets, posters and lists of online resources.
- Ask Me Anything segment – any question can be submitted and answered.
