Election of New Board Members
Of the five candidates nominated for the board to join existing directors Greg ADKINS, Jed GILBERT, Kyle MINALL, Anthony VITALI; all five were elected as follows:
- Laurie CATO-SMITH for 3 years
- Geoffrey DEVINE for 3 years
- Colin KRYCER for 1 year
- David McCARTHY for 3 years
- Luke MOON for 1 year

Addam Stobbs award for broadcast excellence
The Addam Stobbs Award for Broadcast Excellence was awarded to presenters Jade Gulliver & David Lim of the DIFF’RENT STROKES breakfast program which airs 6:30am to 9am on Thursdays.

At the first meeting of the new JOY board held immediately following the close of the AGM, these office bearers were elected:
- President: David McCARTHY
- Vice-President: Jed GILBERT
- Chair of Finance & Audit Committee/Treasurer: Laurie CATO-SMITH
- Secretary: Greg ADKINS

At the first meeting of the new JOY board held immediately following the close of the AGM, these office bearers were elected:
- Chair of Membership Committee: Geoffrey DEVINE
- Chair of Performance Committee: David McCARTHY
- Chair of Programming Committee: Kyle MINALL
- Chair of Risk Committee: Jodie WILLMER (special appointment by the JOY Board)
- Chair of Social Media Committee: Anthony VITALE
