Weekday program director vacancy
JOY 94.9 has a vacancy for a permanent part-time Weekday Program Director.
The Weekday Program Director is responsible for all aspects of daytime broadcasting and programming in consultation with the Programming Advisory Committee (JOYPAC) to ensure the quality of the station’s programming and sound; involving the management of paid and volunteer broadcasters, program development and support to broadcasters, liaison with a broad range of organisations, training & development, studio management, resource allocation, co-ordination of special programming projects, outside broadcasts and events, policy & protocols, communication, mentoring, and identifying new media trends for integration into the station.
