How will gay asylum seekers be treated in PNG?
There has been a lot of coverage of Prime Minister Kevin Rudd’s new ‘hard-line stance’ on asylum seeker boat arrivals, but very little has been said about the effect this decision will have on gay, lesbian and bisexual asylum seekers who will now be sent to Papua New Guinea under the new arrangement.

Gay News Week airs on JOY 94.9 at 7pm on Tuesdays.
