Volunteer Achiever of the month – July 2017
Each month we will be highlighting a volunteer who has achieved excellence in the pursuit of JOY’s values: Integrity, Leadership, Sustainability, Respect and Inclusion.
Dylan Joel volunteered in the month of July in many, many ways. More importantly, though, he did so with an inclusive attitude and a dedication to JOY’s sustainability as an organisation. Filling in for Breakfast and Drive, providing extra support at events such as Queer Expo, and also participating in his regular program (Laugh Out Proud), Dylan put his hand up again and again, often behind the scenes, to keep everything running.
Dylan, we’re glad you’re taking on a bit less with the new grid, because looking after yourself is also part of being sustainable. From everyone here at JOY – thank you!
