Weekday presenters
JOY 94.9 is looking for new weekday presenters to join the team of rotating hosts who bring you JOY’s uplifting music mix, Monday – Friday between 9am & 4pm in either 2 or 3 hour shifts, mornings or afternoons, depending on the day of the week.
JOY’s weekday format is designed to attract and retain the widest audience possible and the music format is the glue that provides the consistency. The music is programmed by our Music Director and a playlist is provided to each presenter, prior to going to air. The weekday presenters all bring their own unique style and personality to our weekday format.

Applicants will need to be able to complete our 8-week Radio Training Course for broadcaster training – and further mentoring for weekday specific presentation skills will occur with the program director.
