FORMAL NOTICE OF MEETING
16th July 2021
The Board of JOY Melbourne Inc invites all members to attend the Annual General Meeting to be held at 6:30pm sharp AEDT Monday 15th of November until 8:30pm. Location to be confirmed pending COVID restrictions. All current JOY members* may attend the meeting.
Details to come regarding our guest speaker for this year’s AGM and we look forward to announcing the successful JOYster for the Addam Stobbs Award for Broadcasting Excellence, the Anne Hamilton Award for Volunteering Excellence, and the President’s Award.

*A voting member is classified as an eligible member, who is a natural or legal person who is a current financial member of JOY Melbourne Inc. and has been a member for at least 6 months prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting.
