AGM 2017 Preliminary Notice

2017 Annual General Meeting of JOY Melbourne Inc.

Dear Member

The Board of JOY Melbourne Inc invite you to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held at 2pm Sunday 22 October 2017, level 10, 225 Bourke Street, Melbourne.

The Board calls for nominations for prospective Board members, and for members to lodge agenda items for discussion at the AGM. Nominations and agenda items must be lodged by 5pm sharp, on Friday 15 Sept 2017. Lodgement of Nominations and Agenda Items NOW CLOSED!

In due course, the Board will send you the ‘2017 AGM formal information’ pack, which will include details of the nominees for the Board, their candidate statements, the agenda, and any supporting documentation.
