Formal Notice of the 2016 Annual General Meeting of JOY Melbourne INC.

This is formal notification of the JOY Melbourne Inc. Annual General Meeting at 2 pm on Sunday 23rd October 2016 in the Kulin Room on level 10 of 225 Bourke Street, Melbourne
Members are provided with the AGM Information Pack, consisting of:

- Candidate Statements (Download in PDF format)
- Minutes from the 2015 AGM of JOY Melbourne Inc
Two members of the Board of Directors will be elected at the Annual General Meeting. All JOY members may attend the meeting but only eligible members may vote. Under JOY’s rules of association, an eligible member is a natural or legal person who is a current financial member of JOY Melbourne and has been a member for at least six months prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting.
Members are advised to read the candidate statements prior to the AGM. Candidates will also have the opportunity to make a two-minute speech to members at the AGM. Ballot papers will be distributed at the meeting.
If you can’t be present at the AGM, you can appoint a proxy in accordance with the enclosed Proxy Form. Please note that either you or your proxy must be present at the meeting to vote.
A printed Annual Report will be made available at the meeting. After the meeting, copies will be available from the station and online at joy.org.au.
