Preliminary Notice of the 2015 Annual General Meeting of JOY Melbourne Inc

Dear JOY Members,

The Board of JOY Melbourne Inc invites all members to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held at 2pm on Sunday 25 October 2015.

JOY members who are unable to attend the AGM will be able to vote on the day via a proxy. Any member of JOY who is present at the AGM may be nominated as a proxy. Proxy forms will be distributed with the official notice of the AGM, which will be distributed along with other relevant documentation at least 14 days prior to the AGM.

Call for nominations to the Board of JOY Melbourne Inc

Nominations are now sought for Board member positions and must be submitted to the Secretary, along with a completed nomination form and candidate statement by 8pm on Sunday 20 September. If more than candidates nominate than the number of vacancies, there will be a vote in accordance with clause 25. A confirmation email will be sent to all nominees to confirm receipt.

Call for agenda items

Items of business are now sought and must be submitted to the Secretary by 8pm on Sunday 20th September. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm receipt. Only the items of business received in time and included in the official notice of meeting will be transacted at the AGM.
