- Our talented team will collaborate with you to produce a 15 second member recognition radio spot, scheduled weekly helping build your brand recognition amongst JOY listeners.The content of the recognition spot will be:
“JOY is brought to you with the support of our listener, business and organisation members. [entity name] , [5 – 10 word positioning statement] are a proud JOY member. For more info, visit [website address]. JOY thanks [entity name] for their support.”
In addition, JOY will provide you with a 15% discount across our services including:
- On air and digital marketing campaigns (sponsorship)
- Podcasting, audio and video production services

Things you should know
- The membership subscription is in Australian Dollars, includes GST and it is valid for 12 months.
- The start date of a new membership is the date the membership application is received with payment in an acceptable form.
- JOY does not store your credit card number or cvv on our systems. For recurring payments we store a token that can only be used by JOY. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for more detail.
- New memberships are subject to approval. A full refund will be issued if a membership is not approved.
- Refunds will not be issued should you decide to terminate your membership prior to the expiry date.
- The renewal payment should be received within one month prior of the renewal date to retain continuity of the membership.
- Automatic renewal of your membership is available.
- You will receive a notification from JOY to your nominated email account four weeks before your renewal payment is withdrawn from your nominated credit/debit card;
- It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds available in your account to allow the payment to be made;
- Please advise us immediately of any changes, including update of your card expiry date;
- All card details are stored securely and transacted directly between your bank and our bank under the Bulk Electronic Clearing System;
- You are advised to check your account details and transactions; we will assist you in resolving any disputes relating to your membership payment;
- Any increases in Annual Subscription for your current membership category selection will apply to all future renewals;
- You may stop or defer a payment, or terminate this agreement by giving us at least fourteen days notification by emailing membersadmin@joy.org.au.
